A messuage, tenement and farm and lands, tenements and meadow &c. belonging called Heath otherwise Heathhouse Farm containing 160 acres Statute measure, otherwise 214 acres computed or customary acres, namely:- the Warren, 7 ac., arable; the field by the oxstall, 6 ac., arable; the Middle Field, 6 ac., arable; Whichers Pond, 10 ac., arable; the Hedge Corner field, 7 ac., arable; the Furze field, 3 ac., arable; Kiln field, 5 ac., arable; the Lower Ten-acres, 10 ac., arable; the Fourteen Acres, 14 ac., arable; the Dell Purrock, 2 ac., arable

All adjoining together and bounded by Petersfield Heath, N. and W., by the Twenty-acre meadow, part of the said Heathhouse Farm, E., by meadowlands of Francis Hugouin, esq., and partly by the pasture land, other part of Heathhouse Farm, S

All lying together and bounded by Petersfield Heath partly, and partly by the arable land, parcel of Heathhouse Farm, W., by the narrow part of the same heath near Whitrowe Bridge and bby the river leading to Durford Bridge separating the said Whitrowe Meadow from a meadow of Gibbons, esq. called also Whitrowe Mead, N., by a watercourse running from Stanbridge to Durford Bridge parting the said meadow from meadow lands of Henry Bilson Legg, esq., part of Durford Farm, by a little mead of Bridger Bradley, part of his Sandhill Farm and by Lands of Sir Matthew Fetherstonhaugh, late of John Caryll, part of Ryelands Farm, E., and by the watercourse running from Stanbridge to Durford Bridge, parting the same from meadowland of the said Francis Hugouin, S

Also a piece of pasture land, the Coppice Field, 15 ac.; the Dry Field, pasture, 5 ac.; the Pond Field, 12 ac., the Stanbridge Field, pasture, 10 ac.; the Middle Field, pasture, 11 ac.; and the Barn Field, 8 ac.; all adjoining together and bounded by meadowland of the said Francis Hugouin, S., by pasture lands of the said Francis called Stanbridge Field, partly by lands of Wm. Harfey, partly by part of Petersfield Heath, W., by Petersfield, N. and by the said arable land of Heathhouse farm, E

Also a close of arable land, 7 ac., meadow land, 7 ac. and pasture land, 6 ac.; all adjoining together and called Walkers Moor and bounded by the river running from Sheet bridge to Whiterow bridge, E., by the . . . . leading to Whiterowe farm partly, and partly by lands of Richard Cobden, S., by the lane from Petersfield Heath to lands of Thos. Patrick called Pens Farm, W. and by the said lands called Pens Farm, N

All the said messuage, farm and premises being in the occupation of Thos. Bradley and in the tything of Sheet in Petersfield and Buriton, co. Southants, and theretofore the estate of Edw. Rookes, esq., and sometime since purchased by the said Richard Cowper

Also a messuage or tenement with barns, stable, garden &c. called Hurst and 9 closes or purrocks of land, arable and pasture, containing together 25 acres in the tythings of West Harting and Hurst in Harting And a close called Gores, 2 ac.; 2 closes, ar., 7 ac., the Hams, in West Harting; all late in the occupation of Richard Cowper and then of Wm. Maxfield, and purchased by the said John Cowper of Edw. Collins

Also a messuage or tenement, garden, orchard &c. and barn called Hitshcocks and lands Viz:- North Gaston, 3 ac.; Hooks, 6 ac.; Chases Hurst, 7 ac.; Hangrey Field, 4 ac.; the Bottom Mead, 5 ac.; the Four Acres, 4 ac.; the Barnfield, 3 ac.; a little plot of meadow, 1 ac.; 2 closes, ar. or pasture, 7 ac., lying near and bounded by a barn called Poppetts Barn, E. and by the house and field called Frys, S. All in Harting, late in the tenure of John Aslett and then of John Pay, and purchased by the said John Cowper of Richard Ayling and Wm. Ayling

Also a barn and lands, viz:- Holcombe als Howcombe, 3 ac.; Birmingham's Clay, 6 ac.; Dull Clays, 3 ac.; Hams, 3 ac.; two closes, Hams, 7 ac.; Sandhurst, 2 ac.; West Side, 4 ac.; Little Gores, 1 ac.; Fowlers, 6 ac.; the Barn field, 5 ac.; a meadow, 1 ac.; Court Millers otherwise Cut Millers, meadow, 4 ac.; All in West Harting late in the tenure of Thomas Byden and then of the said Wm. Maxfield and theretofore the estate of John Goldring and since purchased by the said Richard Cowper

Also a close of arable called the Great Parish Puddock, 3 ac., part of the farm and lands of the said Richd. Cowper called Ditcham Farm in Harting, having lands called Little Parish Puddock belonging to the Poor of Harting, W., parcel of lands late Collins's Hurst, N. and E. and Birmingham's Clays, S

Also a close of arable called the Harting Croft, 24 ac., part of Richard Cowper's Downly Farm in Harting late in the tenure of the said Richard Cowper and then of John Eisen, having a lane called Holcombe Lane, N. and Westharting Down, S

Except two closes of land called Ryecrofts otherwise Ryefields containing 15 acres in the tything of Nursted in Buriton part of the fram theretofore Goldrings

And except the sheep down, commons and common of pasture appendant or appurtenant to the Harting Croft, 24 ac., parcel of Downly Farm
