One gaol and marshalsea rate to be raised and paid to Samuel Hext, gent., Vice-Treasurer.

One bridge rate to be raised and paid to John Truscott, gent., Surveyor (west).

Two bridge rates to be raised and paid to Trehane Symons, gent., Surveyor (east).

The following bridges to be repaired: Dunmeere, Sowden, East Looe, Rethen, Molingey, Tregoney and St Blazey.

Hele and Widemouth bridges, in the parishes of Stratton, Poundstock and Marhamchurch, together with 80 perches of highway, placed under indictment at assizes: to be repaired by Surveyor (east), and henceforth considered county bridges.

Following an Act of Parliament concerning the health of prisoners, William Hamley of Bodmin, surgeon, and Robert Bennett of Launceston, surgeon, appointed as inspectors of the bridewell at Bodmin and the gaol at Launceston, respectively; details of their powers given. Philip Vyvyan, esq., authorised to provide clothes for the Launceston prisoners before the next assizes.

Accounts of John Eyre, bridewell keeper (£55 1s. 4½d.) and John Males, gaoler (£24 4s. 2d.) seen and allowed.
