Recitation of the mortgage of 9th May 1741 (465/313)

Recitation of further mortgage of 17th June, 1741 (465/317). The principals are still owing to M. Lee and T. Seymour has lately applied to her to advance £700 making in all £2,000, and M.L. has agreed to lend the £700 on the security of the premises in the mortgage and of his bond of equal date herewith; so in consideration of the £700 from M.L. to T.S. he promises that the premises granted to her in the mortgage shall be charged with the debt and not be redeemable until the sums are all paid with interest at 4%.
