Description (What the record is about)

Land late overflowed by salt water near Kent Bridge in Wittersham, upon which a rent of £7 10s. was paid by the expenditor of the Upper Levels according to decree (RYE/114/3).
(a) at the direction of Charlotte Pershall and with consent of other parties in (b) assign to (c) in consideration of £110. Extensive recital from the creation of the term by Lease and Release dated 3 October 1688 as the portion of Charlotte on coming of age, provided by her father Thomas Lord Culpeper.
