The Parish of Frome Selwood, by Jeremiah Cruse, land surveyor, Bath

20 ins to 1m. O.S. 30SW, SE

43(all sheets)

Whole parish. All fields and buildings numbered with no exception of the town even. Names of farms, hamlets, lanes, streets, mills and bridges; turnpike gates marked and named on all main roads leading out of town. Marks brickyard near Flintford Farm, ancient entrenchments on Roddenbury Hill and new church[at East Woodlands].

Microfilm of book of reference(MAP\T\PH\wlt2; original in Wilts. Record Office)is in form of numerical table giving field names, state of cultivation, acreages, proprietors, tenure and occupiers in 1813.
