Folio 379. Draft letter from the Local Government Board to James Saunders, Clerk to the Urban Sanitary Authority of East Dereham in the Mitford and Launditch Poor Law Union. They refer to their letter of 5 March 1880 and state that they have not yet received a copy of the annual report for 1879 of the medical officer of health for the East Dereham Urban Sanitary district, which they requested in that letter. They ask that this matter be dealt with immediately.
