Folio 312. Draft letter from the Local Government Board, to G J Skipper [George J Skipper], East Dereham, Norfolk in the Mitford and Launditch Poor Law Union. They acknowledge receipt of his letter dated 5 January 1880 and with reference to his request enclose a memorandum as to the provision of hospitals by sanitary authorities [not included]. However they point out that if his letter referred to a proposal for the erection of a hospital at a union workhouse they also enclose for his information a copy of the 'points to be attended to in the construction of workhouse buildings' [not included].
