Whereby he leaves his wife £50 and his son Richard £200; the trustees will invest £300 and pay the dividends successively to the testator's daughter Jane Reader, her issue with right of survivorship (one-third of each one's share able to be used towards its advancement) and the testator's other children; the trustees will dispose of £500 likewise on behalf of Sarah Masser, but upon her marrying with her mother's approval they will pay her her share with its interest; the testator's son William [II] will receive the farm; Hannah will choose one-third of the household goods and the rest will be equally divided between William [II], J. Reader and Sarah; other personalty will pass to the wife and sons for investment in stock in the names of the trustees, who will pay Hannah the dividends during her widowhood; although the testator's wife will enjoy an £18 p.a. rentcharge on Hartletts Close, the land will be acquired by Richard, reserving mineral-rights for the trustees (who may sell them and divide the proceeds between the testator's children and their issue); Richard will inherit William [I]'s share in the latter's father John's estates; Hannah will take a £24 p.a. rentcharge upon the 8½a. (as in PA/101/12/122) but William [II] has the land; the seven Longford and Alderman's Green messuages (William Reader's being now held by Widow Reader, the untenanted one by Joseph Sabin, Moore's by -- Butler; Jones' Christian name is William) are devised as in PA/101/12/122 without power of mortgage; after Hannah's death, from the residuary personalty the trustees will invest £1,000, paying the produce of £500 each to J. Reader and S. Masser and their respective issue (their widowers will support the children, or the trustees if the bereaved husbands die during the offsprings' minorities) with remainder to the testator's other children; residuary personalty is divided equally between William [II], J. Reader and Sarah.
