Old Windsor Hospital was established in 1948 on the premises of the former Windsor Union workhouse (see G/WI for records). It was later amalgamated with the King Edward VII Hospital, Windsor (D/H 6), of which it became the Old Windsor Unit, specialising in geriatric cases.

It closed in 1991.
