Ward - cleaning house and sweeping chimneys, 12s. 6d.; 20 bushels of pebbles, 5s. 2d., 65 ditto, 13s. 6d.; chief rent, 5s. 6d.; also receipt of Wm. Roe, jun., for above 5s. 6d. of Nich. Ward for 3 years chief rent due to earl of Warwick upon a house of Mr. Webb of Shirbourne in the Bridge End, Warwick.
Endorsed: (1) Red Horse chief rent and another bill of Ward's for repairs. 1770. (2) Various sums and calculations.
