LEASE (Cp.) for 3 lives by Hon. James Cholmondeley of Rocke-avage Esq. to Mathew Alcock of Runcorne, yeoman --- 3 parcels of land (one-interlined) called the Sprink and 2 other parcels lying upon the Hough in the Townfield, all in RUNCORNE aforesaid, heretofore parcel of the boat lands belonging to the Boat or Ferry of RUNCORNE, heretofore in possession of Thomas Breck senior of Runcorne then of Thomas Breck his son and now of the said Mathew Alcock; for lives of the said Mathew Alcock, Thomas Breck son of Thomas Breck aforesaid and Jonathan Alcock brother to the said Mathew Alcock, at an annual rent of 5/- and a heriot of £3.
