Attached: A memo from Mr Lindsey to Mr Saxton re. Viper flow control. As a result of recent flight tests carried out on the Viper it has been shown that the flow control provides insufficient fuel for idling at altitude. It should be noted that engines fitted with these controls will blow-out when throttled back at altitudes above 20,000 feet
