'Welcombe Hills. An Historical and Descriptive Poem by John Jordan, of Stratford upon Avon, wheelwright'. Extracts in the author's own hand, from the poem (published in 1777) 'by way of specimen', with preface and summary; preceded by printed 'Proposals for printing by subscription' and followed by a list of subscribers.
At the end (f. 23v-26) is a poem on Alscot.
