Ashwell and Nesbit Ltd. of Leicester, London, Birmingham and elsewhere, heating engineers, donated these plans to Leics. Record Office when the firm closed in 1968. Leics. Record Office passed them to H.W.R.O. in Dec. 1979. The items in parcels 4, 6-9, 12-13 and 31 were sent in error to Birmingham Reference Library from where they were forwarded to H.W.R.O. in June 1979.
