Folios 171-172. Internal memorandum of the Local Government Board concerning the Mitford and Launditch Poor Law Union, Rural Sanitary Authority Officers of Health, stating that 7542/1874 was lent to the A department on 7 July 1874. The form annexed to it has not been returned and cannot be found. The particulars of the letters as they appear on the register on the subject accompany the memorandum as follows:
