Recital: 3-4 Dec 1765 conveyance as in 1484/58/1; 18-19 Dec 1766 mortgage by the Duke of Leinster (formerly Marquess of Kildare) to Henry Mitchell of St. John's, Athy for £I 5,000 (=£4,615/7/6 sterling).
Consideration: aforesaid sum and £384/12/6 sterling balance.
Transaction: (i) and (ii) to (iii) the premises.
