Papers presented by candidates who apparently intended to go to the colonies, but giving no indication where they went, if they did go. In one case, George Mackinnon, additional papers were located too late to be placed with the title indicating that he went to the Leeward Islands (xxxi. 144-5; xxxii. 229-34).
