Parties 1) Thomas Stratford late of Chipping Norton, now of Cheltenham, Glos, fishmonger. 2) James Andrews of Kingham, carrier. 3) Robert Hall of Chipping Norton, tailor. Property: Messuage in New St., Chipping Norton, formerly held by Edward Koyte tinker, then by Moses Brooks and Hannah Widows late by Joseph Higgins and William Hood and now by Robert Hall, tailor. Consideration: £125 paid to 1. by 2. and 10s.paid to 1. by 2. Recites lease and release dated 12/13 May 1817 whereby the premises were assured to such uses as 1. should direct. Notes: 3. shall hold premises on trust for 2. and his heirs. 1. covenants to produce the deeds in the schedule (which date from 23rd January 1679 to 30 October 1821).
