(2) The Provident Permanent Building Society, the chief office of which is in the City of Exeter.

Piece of land, formerly part of "Specott Long Field" adjoining Union Road in the parish of St. Sidwell in Exeter and being no. 10 and intended to be called no. 24 Union Road.
