Mortgage from William Roberts of Quinton, co. Gloucs., farmer and Esther Roberts of Long Marston, spinster, to William Rimell of Chipping Campden, co. Gloucs., gent., reciting no. 39 and that Mary Roberts therein mentioned had died on 9 July 1850, of a messuage belonging to Esther Roberts in Pebworth divided into two tenements, late in the tenure of Jonathan Kilby and now of Charles Butler and Charles Tinson, and also that piece of land in Pebworth belonging to William Roberts containing 2 acres 2 roods 28 perches in the tenure of Thomas Martin Roberts, to secure £200.
