Containing from E - W, twelve feet, nine inches and from N - S fifty one feet. The garden contains from E - W thirty four feet and from N - S eighty three feet

II. Tenement with yard and washhouse lying in St. Pancras outside the Eastgate of Chichester, having the same N and S abuttals as I, with a tenement on the E occ. by John Criskin and property III on the W
