Edward Evans of Westhope and Joseph Posterne of Strefford yeomen Cons; Love and affection to Katherine his wife and to William Lewes her son, and £20 to be paid by Lewes on request within 1 year after the deaths of Andrew and Katherine and the survivor viz. to William Posterne brother of Andrew or his heirs surviving 20 s., to Joseph Posterne another brother and Cosmaedis, Margarett, Joane, Mary, and Elizabeth sisters of Andrew and their surviving heirs £3 apiece; to Margery Posterne sister of Andrew or surviving heirs 20s. Any dying without issue, their postion shall be divided equally among the others.

Feoffment in his messuage in Longvield als Longfield als Cheney Longveld, and all his property formerly the inheritance of William Churchman decd, in trust to use of Andrew for life, Katherine for life, after to use of Lewes and heirs, in default to right heirs of Andrew. Covenant that the property is not encumbered, and for quiet possession.
