3. Elizabeth Shapcotte of Moretonhampstead, widow, daughter of William Smith

Premises: one cottage or dwellinghouse, consisting of one ground room and one chamber over the same and little woodhouse lying contiguous to it, and little garden or plot of ground, lying near the higher end of a curtilage leading to the same from Ford St. now in the possession of George Rolstone of Moretonhampstead, husbandman trusts: to be held to the use of 1. during his life, then 3. during her life, and then to the heirs and assigns of 1.
