1. Presentment by the jury that Thomas Asmore of Chester, innholder, on 27 Oct. 1595 at Chester allowed gaming in his house contrary to the statute. Billa vera.

2. Constables presentments for Northgate Street ward, stating that there were no presentments. With presentment by the jury of the said. Constables for not presenting the misdemeanours in their ward.

3. Presentment by the jury that Alice ?Warten of Chester, widow, on 27 Oct. 1594 forstalled the market by buying seven bushels of corn, half a bushel of barley... and one strike of wheat ...
