- Copy of Assignment (4th. Mar., 1552) by Thomas Bond jun. whereby, having recited that on 7th. Feb., 1547 Jane Cocket (of Appleton, Norf., widow) leased to Thomas Bond jun. one-third of Old Fillongley manor with appurtenances in Corley, Alspath and "Merlbrookes", with herbage and pannage both there and in New Fillongley and Meriden, together with a like share of a Little Butchery, Coventry house: therefore, for 20m. paid to the corporation, T. Bond jun. transfers to John Tallonts (goldsmith), Thomas Dudeley (gent.) and Thomas Kervyn (grocer) (all of Coventry) his interest in the property.
