Hill's account with Mr. Cotton of Haston is settled. Mr. Powys has taken over the estate, and will pay the interest from Lady Day till the time of paying the money.
He will try to agree with Abraham Ikyn for his tenement as cheap as he can. Lands at Longford in the holding of Mr. Henshaw, Jane Walford and Wm. Clutton will all come to Hill at the death of Jane Walford.
