Description:
1. Construction of a tramway commencing at Cambridge Railway Station and passing along Station Road, Hills Road, Regent Street, St. Andrew's Street, and terminating outside St. Andrew's Church.
2. Construction of a line to leave line No. 1 at Hyde Park Corner passing along Lensfield Road, Trumpington Street, King's Parade and terminating outside the Senate House.
Passing through the following parishes:
1. St. Andrew the Less, St. Andrew the Great (both in Cambridge).
2. St. Benedict, St. Mary the Less, St. Botolph, St. Edward, St. Mary the Great (all in Cambridge).
Comprising:
- Plans and sections: 4 sheets, each 19 x 26.

Scale:
Plans and sections: Horizontal 3 chains (66 yards) to 1 inch; Vertical 40 feet to 1 inch.
Engineer: Thomas Floyd.
