The Merchants' Lodge was established in 1759 and by 1764 they were meeting at The Sun, [kept by Miles Prentice], St. John Street, Quebec, Canada. The Lodge later met at the Freemasons' Tavern [kept by Miles Prentice], St. John Street, Quebec. In 1813 the lodge was erased.
