(1) John Williams of Felix Hall (Co. Essex) Esquire and w. Charlotte Maria.

(2) Nicholas Blowing of St. Giles, Cripplegate, without London, Esq.

20 ac. of arable, formerly pasture in the parish of Ealing, lately divided in 4 closes and now called the halffields, abutting W. on Hangar Lane, S. on ground formerly of John Atlee, on N. on land formerly of William Merick and on E. on piece of ground called Benbowes Grove, late in the tenure or occupation of Widow Fell, afterwards of William Bristow and Richard Life and now of Thomas Lott the younger, with all appurtenances.
