This series deals with various aspects of milk marketing, the prime function of the Milk Marketing Board. These include accommodation, organisational structure and administrative procedures details of Board members and wartime emergency measures; the promotion of sales of milk including publicity and advertising campaigns; milk prices including the price paid to producers by Milk Marketing Board and the Government's policy on milk as well as EEC milk quotas; the price charged for milk supplied to manufacturers of dairy products and the allocation of milk to them; Farmhouse Cheesemakers; imports of milk and milk products; milk marketing in UK regions and abroad; milk transportation and distribution and milk retailing.
