Folios 324-327. Letter from Mr Justice Buller of Lincoln's Inn Fields forwarding a letter from a man he has just persuaded to act as a magistrate. Enclosed is a letter of 26 May to Buller from John Cutler of Upton, Brixham, Devon, giving lengthy descriptions of a gentleman and a lady whose behaviour excited some suspicion during a 10-day stay in Brixham but who have now left, giving a forwarding address of 'Captain Amherst, Post Office, Plymouth'.
