Letter to Evan Nepean, Under-Secretary, Home Office, from T Twynam of Holborn asking that, having received from the Home Secretary a final denial of his petition [HO 43/5 folio 146], his proofs should be returned to him. Twynam remarks that, if Mr Fall sets foot in England, he will sue him for the remedy that government has denied him.
