Folios 285-286. Note [unsigned] that 'L S is every night with L D' and that a ship has arrived with arms from France and all have been safely delivered to the delegates in packing cases. L S is said to have told L D that 'the thing was sure to succeed, and that it would be on 9th of August: the first attack is to be on Mr P's person'.
