Folios 232-234. Letter to Evan Nepean, Under-Secretary, Home Office, from Nicholas Bond, magistrate of the Public Office, Bow Street, enclosing a letter just received unsealed in the post. Enclosed is a letter to Bond from 'L M' stating that for the last 2 months papers from [Thomas] Hardy and [John] Thelwall have been deposited in the house of a grinder named Hartly in Broad Street, Carnaby Market, under the bed in a leather case.
