Manorial records comprising court rolls, rentals and ministers' accounts, withdrawn from the Public Record Office in 1959 by the Church Commissioners, and transferred to other repositories as follows:
- Records of Winchester Bishopric and Chapter were transferred to Hampshire Record Office, Winchester;
- Records of Southwell Chapter were transferred to Nottinghamshire Archives, Nottingham;
- Records of York Archbishopric were transferred to Borthwick Institute of Historical Research, York University;
- Records of Rochester Bishopric were transferred to Centre for Kentish Studies, Maidstone;
- Records of Worcester Bishopric were transferred to Hereford and Worcester Record Office, Worcester;
- Records of London Bishopric were transferred to Guildhall Library, London;
- Records of Canterbury Archbishopric were transferred to Lambeth Palace Library, London;
- Records of Canterbury Chapter were transferred to Canterbury City and Cathedral Archives;
- Records of Durham Bishopric were transferred to the University of Durham.
