- Admiralty (Oil Exploration Company of Canada concession, wireless telegraphy with British Guiana, oil prospecting, oil concessions, Pitch Lake concession);
- Emigration Agent (emoluments of W F Bolton, removal of agency premises from Calcutta [map enclosed of the Port of Calcutta], emigrants for Dutch Guiana, report of the Protector of Emigrants 1907, agency for Immigration League of Australia, Mr Bolton's salary and house and Gharry allowance, bill for £39 9s 6d, Emigration Accounts of 1907-08, pension conditions, land for new agency premises at Calcutta, apportionment of agency expenses, application of Surgeon Superintendent Welsh);
