Despatches (November to December 1899) from Sir Hubert Edward Henry Jerningham, governor of Trinidad, or in his absence the acting governor, together with correspondence from Parliament, the Crown Agents and Emigration Agents, the Privy Council Office, the Board of Trade and the India Office on subjects relating to Trinidad sent during the course of the year.
