Description

Exhibit: 1796/721.

Estate of Mary Barr, a lunatic, a spinster and a bastard, who died intestate in March 1794.

King's warrant of 3 August 1796 to the Advocate General to appear before the judge of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury and assert the King's right to the estate, so that letters of administration may be granted to the petitioner David Riddell Roper esq.

Brought into court 1 September 1796.
