Estate of Colonel George Montgomerie Metham, Deputy Governor of Fort Charles, Jamaica, a bastard who died intestate and a bachelor.
King's warrant of 12 December 1781 to the Advocate General to appear before the judge of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury and assert the King's right to the estate, so that letters of administration may be granted to the petitioner Ann Bellamy, his natural mother.
Brought into court 23 January 1782.
