Detailed evidence heard by Commission: Hon. Robert Hamilton, Hon. Alan Ker, Hon. Alexander Gordon Fyfe. Charges brought by Dr. Lewis Quier Bowerbank against Public Hospital and Lunatic Asylum, allegations include: mismanagement, ill-trained staff, poor sanitary conditions, over crowding, mal-treatment of patients. Evidence given by variety of staff, including Drs. Keech, James Scott and Osborn. Reports and returns also submitted.
