Papers concerning the suspension of Dr A L Palmer from the Office of Special Justice for declining to attend a proceeding instituted in his district; a complaint of ill treatment was laid before Palmer by two apprentices against their overseer Mr Osborne (employed by Mr J Gordon), which gave rise to the proceedings in question. A complaint was made against Palmer by Gordon.
