Sends a list and descriptions of three 'irreconcilable' prisoners of war released on 26 June and sent to New York and warned not to return to South Africa. Listed are Dirk Kriel, Albertus Stefanus Viljoen, and Sasel Johannes Ludewykns Viljoen.
Also encloses a list of seven men who were turned out of camp for refusing to obey orders. Listed are Pieter de Villiers Tredoux, Dirk Johannes Greyling, Wentzel Pieter Loubscher, Phillip Christoffel Willem Potas, Johannes Petrus Roux, Andries Adriaan Smit, Samuel Liversage Thompson.
