Listed are Petrus Jacobus van der Walt, Petrus Jacobus Delport, Jan Frederick Hever, Johannas Jacob Bronskhurst, Petrus Jacobus Jordaan, Johannes Jiguel Dreyer, William Christoffel Vermeulen, Jacobus Andries Petrus Spies, and Ben Jacobus van der Hoven.
