3 administrative notes: the first from [illegible] to Capper [William Capper] stating that a letter has been received from R Rushbrooke and the prosecutor has no objections 'to the young man's liberation'; [name of convict not given] the second to Capper from RW noting that Lord Liverpool 'will Sign these Letters at the office' [wanting] and 'I hope the enclosed letter from Mr Rushbrooke will be Satisfactory, if you do not want it ------ return it to me when you have done with it'; and the third 'Can you enable me to return an ans[we]r to Colonel Rushbrooke', Signed RW. Folios 350-352.
