Description

Note books of the Restrictive Practices Court from 1957, relating mainly to registered trade agreements brought before the court to determine whether or not they were contrary to the public interest. The books give brief details of the court's proceedings, including the dates of hearings and the names of the presiding judge and other members of the court before whom they were heard. Apart from the first volume, which contains notes of only two cases, both taken in chambers, all the note books are indexed.
