Commissioner Philip Vanbrugh, Plymouth. Receipt of letters and warrants to pay the men refused by the Assistance and the St. Albans, now on the Bristol, to use laid cordage for shrouds in preference to hawser laid, to refit and clean the Hazard for Channel service and to allow leave to the Purser of the Rupert and Boatswain of the Falkland. On Wednesday an express letter was received with the pay books of the Sea Horse. Yesterday the Hazard sloop was paid and today, the Sea horse was paid and the Houghton East India ship was docked
