Commissioner Philip Vanbrugh, Plymouth. Yesterday received an express warrant to give assistance to the Houghton East India ship, who came up into the harbour, this morning. Receipt of letters and warrants to comptrol the payment of the Grampus sloop's reduced men, owning the receipt of Mr. Brett's letter applying for a survey, to receive stores, to clean and refit the Sea Horse and Surprize once in two months in summer and once in 3 months in winter, to receive iron from Deptford, to allow leave to the Purser of the Salisbury and to make out another bill to John Major for Norway goods
