Commissioner Philip Vanbrugh, Plymouth. Receipt of letter to comptrol the payment of the Seahorse and warrants to enter Carpenter's Mates on the Guardships, to discharge Shipwrights, willing to serve on the Assistance and St. Albans, to enter Henry Thompson, Boatswain of the Grampus sloop and to allow leave to the Pursers of the Nonsuch and Leopard. On Wednesday, the Sphinx arrived with money for the payments of the ships here. Yesterday, the Bristol arrived and the Wasp sloop was paid and today the Mars and Badger sloop were paid with the removed men from the Eagle on board the Badger sloop
