Receipt of letters and warrants to expect stores from Woolwich in the Plymouth transport, to appoint Robert Rawling as Surgeon's 2nd Mate of the St. Albans, to discharge 2 Shipwrights to serve as Carpenters' Mates of the Assistance and St. Albans, approving of putting the Defiance out of dock and the taking in of the Humber, to supply Captain Buckle of the Asssistance with a set of signal colours and to allow leave to the Purser of the Mary Galley.. The blank warrant was completed for Thomas Longwell, recommended by the Surgeon of the Yard
