Description

This series consists of a 2% random sample of divorce action files in which the Official Solicitor to the Supreme Court of Judicature acted for one of the parties, such as an infant or a person of unsound mind, as guardian ad litem.

As well as correspondence with solicitors, medical and welfare authorities and other interested parties, the files include copies of various court documents, such as petitions, answers, affidavits, orders, etc.
